With the 1 year of my Dad’s passing coming up on Sunday, I can tell that my Mom is getting nervous, panicky. She is calling me several times a day (not that this is all that unusual, but), telling me she loves me every time we get off the phone and just told me that she has been experiencing panic attacks, and asked if I had been.
