I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but
I have to admit, I’m happy that Christmas is behind us. It’s incredibly draining to get it up for the holidays when all you feel like doing is sitting in a corner crying.
Of course I have so many things to be thankful for, blah, blah, blah, but really, it sucked! It sucks that my dad wasn’t here. It sucks that no presents under the tree said To: Dad, From: Santa. It sucks that...
I hate everyone except my internet friends.

I stayed out WAY past my bedtime last night eating a mediocre dinner. Fortunately, the people I was there with were pretty amazing!
It’s definitely a triple shot kind of a day!

In other news...
Chris has been working SO HARD on The New House! The progress last week was amazing, due in large part to the generous help of a couple of our friends (fellow husbands).
I have no idea what I would do without his incredible ability to look at something and have a vision! This house is going to be amazing!

Holiday Buddy Package!
As promised, I took over getting the mail from the PO Box from Hubs and I was greatly rewarded for doing so!
Oooooh, Aaahhhh!
Look at all the goodies! And little did my buddy know (or maybe she did since she has given me amazingly perfect items so far!) that I have wanted one of these fancy Starbucks cups for a while!
And last, but certainly not least…the PERFECT holiday clutch!...

Tile for the kitchen floor at “The New House”!!!!!
Husband moving 10 boxes of said tile with no help from his wife, who may have been slightly annoyed that he couldn’t hold the wicked heavy box of tile and smile at the same time while she took pictures, exclusively for blogging purposes!
Anonymous asked: Buddddddddddyyyyyyyy! I dropped a package for you in the mail today! I'm not sure when exactly it will arrive (The Post Office lady said "Oooooh! You're sending this to Washington!") but I think it might be around Monday. I just wanted to let you know so your hubby didn't hide it from you :) Hope you're doing well - I've been thinking of you! xo - Tumblr Bud

and the commercial just shows scenes from the wedding and honeymoon.
Never mind the demon spawn and how Edward has to chew its placenta off, and then Jacob wants to fuck it.

Oh Junior League, you little minx...
Last night Kathleen and I volunteered at the a Bachelor Auction put on my the Junior League. It was probably the single most entertaining event I have been to in quite a while. Over 100 ladies, literally, yelling at 13 eligible bachelors and then spending as much on these guys than they would on their rent! Okay, not that much, but one guy went for $570!
From this incredible display of blatant...
